| OBEDIENCE |

| A dog is not a robot, but an individual. Every dog has a particular personality with strengths and weaknesses. The goal of teaching obedience is to develop a communicating and working relationship with your dog. Because both the owner and the dog must learn, I prefer to teach them separately. This avoids confusion on the dog’s part, maximizing the learning ability of the dog, and makes learning easier for the owner. Each family determines the level of obedience they are comfortable with according to the amount and quality of practice. |
